We want raving fans!  The only way to get that is to provide the kind of experience that has become all but a thing of the past. How to Order

You may place an order by Toll Free Telephone, U.S. Mail, 24 Hour Fax 800-745-2348 or on the web @ www.BestOff-Road.com.com Your Customer Number, or mail code, appears above your name on the address label or on an invoice. If you are using an Order Form, refer to the shipping chart below. If you have questions about oversize or heavy items, or any other form of non-standard shipping, please contact us at 800-745-2348. For your protection - do not mail cash.

How We Ship

Most orders ship by FedEx. Please review the Shipping & Handling Chart for shipping costs. Due to regulations, oversize & overweight packages may be subject to additional shipping surcharges. Small items may ship via US Postal Service. Some oversized items ship by Truck Freight. If you want to receive merchandise faster, several optional Express methods of shipment are available at an additional cost. We often ship from multiple locations throughout the US to give you better and more economical service.

To qualify for FREE shipping the parts on an individual order must meet a combined total value of $99 or more ($200 or more for wholesale customers). Orders must be shipping standard ground to an address in the contiguous 48 U.S. states. Some parts require additional handling charges due to their extreme size and or weight: including wheels, tires, full suspension lift kits, oversized bumpers, tire carriers, body tubs, hard tops and cargo racks. The following parts do not qualify for free shipping: Oversized items and items delivered by truck freight, as well as prior purchases and returns.

Methods of Payment

Payment can be made by American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa, PayPal, Money Order or Personal Check. Payments made with Temporary Checks from your account will be held up to 21 days for clearance before shipping. All Store Credits expire 24 months from date of issue.

Back Orders

Because we are a Master Warehouse Distributor we carry a huge amount of inventory. Sometimes, however, an item will be in short supply. You will be notified if an order cannot ship in a timely manner. Except for Special Orders and some Drop Shipments we will not charge your credit card for orders which have not been shipped.

Satisfaction Guaranteed

If you are not completely satisfied with one of our products you may return it any time within 30 days of the date of Sale for a hassle-free refund of the amount paid for the product. We only specify that the product not be used, damaged, missing components or manufacturer's documentation. Refunds do not include shipping costs. On exchange of defective products, BestOff-Road.com will pay for shipping on the outbound replacement product only. Special order or non-stocking items are specifically exempted from this policy and will be assessed an appropriate re-stocking charge. For fast processing of returns, please call ahead for a Return Authorization Number, or use the return form on the back of your invoice. Place your name and order number on the package for efficient identification, and insure all returns for your protection. Please note that we do not pay the shipping charges involved in returning goods.

Gift Certificate Policy

Gift Certificates (and unused portions of Gift Certificates) are valid for five (5) years from date of issue for future purchases.

Merchandise Credits Policy

Merchandise Credits are non-transferable. Merchandise Credits cannot be used to purchase gift certificates. Merchandise Credits are valid for two (2) years from date of issue.

Refund Check Policy

BestOff-Road.com Refund Checks are valid for one (1) years from date of issue.

Question: What is your lowest price policy?

A: BestOff-Road.com will match a competitors delivered price, which will include shipping and tax, for the same brand product as long as it is from an authorized distributor, the product is in stock and the price can be verified in a current catalog, web site or advertisement.

The pricing match guarantee will not apply to items listed from auction web sites, or listed as clearance, closeout, discontinued, second, scratch and dent or are priced incorrectly in the authorized distributor's catalog, website or ad. The price match guarantee can not be based on club or membership discounts or group buys and cannot be combined with any other offers.

* Due to certain manufacturer pricing policies we cannot discount certain products manufactured by Edge, Superchips, MSD, AEV, Bushwacker, Mopar and Warn.

Damaged Shipments

All shipments should be inspected at the time of delivery. Obviously damaged packages should be refused. If your damaged shipment was delivered by UPS, please call 1 (800) 742-5877 and report the damage. If your damaged shipment was delivered by Truck Freight, please contact the freight carrier at the phone number on the carrier's bill. After contacting the carrier, please call BestOff-Road.com Customer Service at 800-745-6037 for further assistance with the damaged shipment, and to make arrangements for a replacement.

Warranties

All parts other than specific BestOff-Road.com Branded products are covered by the third party manufacturer's warranties and/or guarantees. To obtain warranty information on third party manufacturer's products found on our website or in one of our catalogs, please call 800-745-5337 and one of our technical experts will locate the information for you. We can Mail, Fax or in most cases Email you this information upon your request.

For specific BestOff-Road.com branded items, the limited warranties can be obtained through the link Limited Warranty found here or on the specific product page.

We have made every effort to ensure that information in our catalog and on our web site is correct; however, any typographical or printing errors, Prices or Specifications (subject to change) will be corrected without prior notice.

Prices, Availability, And Errors

Products on the Site are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected when discovered. Our Site contains a large number of products and it is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the products listed on our Site may be incorrectly priced, the quantity or availability of a product may have changed just prior to you placing your order or other errors may be displayed on the product page. We will normally verify prices, availability and confirm there are no errors on the product page as part of our dispatch procedures.

Where a product's correct price is less than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount when dispatching the product to you. If a product's correct price is higher than the price stated on our Site, we will normally, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before dispatching the product, or reject your order and notify you of such rejection. We are under no obligation to provide the product to you at the incorrect (lower) price, even after we have sent you an Order Confirmation or a Shipping Confirmation, if the pricing error is obvious and unmistakable and could have reasonably been recognized by you as a pricing error.

On occasion, you may be able to place a product in your shopping cart and submit your order for processing, but your order is subsequently cancelled due to unavailability of product. You acknowledge that products may sell quickly and there may be a short period of time after an order has been submitted, but where the product is no longer available. You agree that we may cancel your order after you have received and Order Confirmation without penalty. On very rare occasions, you may receive a Shipping Confirmation from us, but the product is no longer available in our inventory, our third party fulfillment provider's inventory, or a Marketplace Seller’s inventory. You agree that we may rescind our acceptance and cancel your order without penalty if the product you ordered is unable to ship due to unavailability.

We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions on a product page. We reserve the right to rescind our acceptance and cancel your order without penalty in the event there is an obvious and unmistakable error on the product page, in our reasonable discretion. If you have already received your order, we will do our best to resolve your concern.
